Ohana Sanchez (11/13/2008 9:59:21 PM): The shays rebellion begins on 1786 on Massachusetts. The rebellion start because farmers want that government protect they rights and pass the Stay Laws. Farmers have to sell their lives because a depression was occurring after revolution. When the government increases the taxes of the farmers they thought that somebody was making that government do this, the farmers think that was Daniel shays. Farmers want to end with shays’s rebels, Government send troops to Springfield but the farmers were prepared with pitchforks. This end in 1787 troops surprised rebels and Daniel try to escape. George Washington said that this was causing that United States had bad fame. George Washington though approving the Philadelphia convection can end all problems of United States.
